A refined-sugar free, gluten-free vanilla maple cake with a tart raspberry jam layer, and swirls of organic maple cream.
Our tender organic maple sweetened vanilla cake is baked into a 5" heart shape, topped with a layer of Eatsmash Raspberry jam, then a piped cluster of our organic maple frosting and a dusting of dried raspberry powder.
Each cake is 5" and so totally delicious!

Delivery
NYC delivery is available for addresses in Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens.
- Orders for Tuesday must placed by 10pm on Sunday
- Orders for Friday delivery must be placed by 10 pm on Wednesday
Deliveries are made from 3pm-9pm on the delivery day selected.
Please include any specific instructions for delivery (code, doorman instructions, etc.) with your order.
Pickup
- Cutoff time to order for Wednesday Union Square pickup is Sunday 10pm
- Cutoff time to order for Saturday McCarren, Fort Greene, Grand Army Plaza, and Union Square market pickup is Wednesday 10pm.
- Cutoff time to order for Sunday Upper West Side pickup is Sunday 10pm
All Greenmarket orders must be picked up from the market during the hours of 8am-1pm.
