Refund policy

We do not offer returns since our products are perishable, but on a case-by-case issue store credits. 

To be eligible for a store credit, please email sarah@knead.love with your receipt, order number or proof of purchase and a photo of the damaged item.

You can always contact us for any product or refund questions at sarah@knead.love.

Pickups
We custom bake all orders, and pickups must be collected during the market day, from 8am-1pm. We will not rebake or refund any orders that are not picked up. Thank you for your understanding. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In order to process a refund for a damaged item, please take photos of all issues with your order.

Please note that we do not have control over weather or other related delays from our shipping partners.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

We do not offer returns since our products are perishable, but on a case-by-case issue store credits. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
