Gluten-free herby sourdough with fresh chopped rosemary and thyme. We use hand-milled organic brown rice sourdough starter (no commercial yeast) and ferment for 24 hours. Savory Italian vibes makes this loaf perfect for any toasts (personal favorite for avocado toasts). Herbs are mixed into the dough, and sprinkled on top.
