Gluten-free sourdough Cinnamon Raisin Bread. We use hand-milled organic brown rice sourdough starter (no commercial yeast) and ferment for 24 hours. It is not sweeter than other loaves, and makes great French Toast!
Ingredients: Organic brown rice (starter), organic oat flour, organic millet, organic buckwheat, organic teff, organic psyllium husk, Himalayan Pink Sea Salt, Raw Honey (Tremblay Apiaries), organic raisins, fair-trade cinnamon.
