  • Orders for Tuesday must placed by 10pm on Sunday
  • Orders for Friday delivery must be placed by 10 pm on Wednesday

Deliveries are made from 3pm-9pm on the delivery day selected.

baking instructions

makes 12 medium or 6 large cookies

Just add olive oil and water!

1. Pre-heat oven to 400Β°F.

Line a baking sheet with parchment

2. Mix.

Empty mix into a medium bowl.
Add 1/2 cup of olive oil and 2 tablespoons of lukewarm water.
Stir until all dry mix is incorporated.

3. Shape.

Using a large spoon, place 12 evenly-sized mounds (or 6 large mounds) onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing 2 inches apart.

4. Bake.

14 minutes or until edges are lightly golden.
For softer cookies, remove at 11-12 minutes.
Cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing.

5. Eat or Store.

After cooling, enjoy or save for later. Store cookies in airtight container for up to 3 days at room temperature or freeze for up to 2 weeks.
