Our signature Gluten-free sourdough, vegan, refined sugar-free, double chocolate chip cookies with a sprinkle of Maldon sea salt. Fermented up to 24 hours. 6 cookies per order, wrapped individually in biodegradable food bags.

Organic oat flour, organic Japanese Buckwheat flour, organic maple syrup, organic sourdough starter (organic hand-milled brown rice) organic coconut sugar, coconut oil, Raaka Maple Chips (Organic cacao beans,organic maple sugar, organic cacao butter), Fine + Raw 70% Sea Salt Chocolate (Organic cacao bean, organic coconut sugar, organic cacao butter), Maldon Sea Salt.

We only use chocolate made by Brooklyn based chocolatiers Raaka Chocolate and Fine+Raw. They both offer small batch, transparently sourced, and organic chocolate sweetened with either organic maple or organic coconut sugar.

pickup + shipping

- Cutoff time to order for shipping is Sunday 5pm. (Ships out Tuesday)
- Cutoff time to order for Wed Union Square pickup is Sunday 5pm
- Cutoff time to order for Saturday Fort Greene or McCarren Greenmarket pickup is Wednesday 5pm.
- All Greenmarket pickups are 8-1

If you are not eating right away, wrap or store in airtight container in the freezer for up to 3 weeks. Place cookies in warm oven (250 degrees) for a few minutes to warm up.
