Our most delicious GF Sourdough pizza dough is hand shaped into a heart, and smothered with organic olive oil before baking.
Each order is 2 hearts par-baked which can be used 2-3 days or frozen up to 3 weeks wrapped well. To use, thaw and place on parchment or pizza stone and warm up at 400 degrees for 5 minutes before adding toppings.
Ingredients: Hand-milled organic brown rice sourdough starter, Organic oat flour, organic buckwheat flour, organic millet flour, teff flour, Raw NY State Honey, Himalayan Pink Sea Salt, organic olive oil (Zoe Gourmet)
Each pizza dough is 300 grams, and par-baked.
