An olive loaf, with hand chopped kalamata/green olives and touches of rosemary. We use hand-milled organic brown rice sourdough starter (no commercial yeast) and ferment for 24 hours.

  • Cutoff time to order for shipping is Sunday 5pm. (Ships out Tuesday)
  • Cutoff time to order for Wed Union Square pickup is Sunday 5pm
  • Cutoff time to order for Saturday Fort Greene or McCarren Greenmarket pickup is Wednesday 5pm. 
  • All Greenmarket pickups are 8-1
