This seven layer cake is a riff of the infamous Schwartz Bakery in LA cake that has been a Passover staple for over 40 years. Our version is sweetened only with organic maple, with organic chocolate.
This is quite an outrageous cake as it is almost 1.5x our usual cake and maybe too much cake to handle; seven layers of cake, layered with organic chocolate maple cream in between each layer, and covered in a dark chocolate ganache glaze with a hit of Maldon sea salt.

keep refrigerated then let come to room temperature, 4-5 hours before serving. Save any extra slices in airtight container in freezer.

Delivery
NYC delivery is available for addresses in Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens.
- Orders for Tuesday must placed by 10pm on Sunday
- Orders for Friday delivery must be placed by 10 pm on Wednesday
Deliveries are made from 3pm-9pm on the delivery day selected.
Please include any specific instructions for delivery (code, doorman instructions, etc.) with your order.

- Cutoff time to order for Wednesday Union Square pickup is Sunday 10pm
- Cutoff time to order for Saturday McCarren, Fort Greene, Union Square market pickup is Wednesday 10pm.
- Cutoff time to order for Sunday Upper West Side pikcup is Sunday 10pm
All Greenmarket orders must be picked up from the market during the hours of 8am-1pm.
