Gluten-free sourdough Cinnamon Raisin Bread. We use hand-milled organic brown rice sourdough starter (no commercial yeast),organic Thompson raisins, Ceylon cinnamon, and ferment for 24 hours. It is not sweeter than other loaves, and makes great French Toast!
Ingredients: Organic brown rice (starter), organic oat flour, organic millet, organic buckwheat, organic teff, organic psyllium husk, Himalayan Pink Sea Salt, Raw Honey (Tremblay Apiaries), organic raisins, fair-trade cinnamon.
