We only use chocolate made by Brooklyn based chocolatiers Raaka Chocolate and Fine+Raw. They both offer small batch, transparently sourced, and organic chocolate sweetened with either organic maple or organic coconut sugar.

- Cutoff time to order for shipping is Sunday 5pm. (Ships out Tuesday)
- Cutoff time for Wednesday pickup is Sunday 5pm.
- Cutoff time to order for Saturday pickup at either McCarren or Fort Greene is Wednesday 5pm.
- Pickup time for all Greenmarkets is 8-1
