Made with our hand-milled organic starter, regional organic oat, buckwheat, raw honey and organic millet, organic teff, organic olive oil, and Himalayan sea salt.
Use within two days of purchase, or freeze and defrost.
1. Preheat oven to 475.
2. Using a pizza tray or sheet pan, line with parchment and add light layer of olive oil.
3. Using olive oil and water on hands, spread thinly and patch any holes on the bottom. Optional- brush edges with olive oil.
4. Pre-bake for 8-10 minutes until light golden brown.
5. Add toppings of your choice, and bake an additional 10 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
