Classic Oat Gluten-free Sourdough

Gluten-free sourdough plain. We ferment ours for 24 hours, using hand-milled organic brown rice sourdough starter (no commercial yeast), a blend of nutrient dense flours, and dust with organic rolled oats.

This bread can go sweet or savory and can be sliced and frozen.

  • Cutoff time to order for shipping is Sunday 5pm. (Ships out Tuesday)
  • Cutoff time for Wednesday pickup is Sunday 5pm.
  • Cutoff time to order for Saturday pickup at either McCarren or Fort Greene is Wednesday 5pm. 
  • Pickup time for all Greenmarkets is 8-1
