Herby Gluten-Free Sourdough

Gluten-free herby sourdough with fresh chopped rosemary and thyme. We use hand-milled organic brown rice sourdough starter (no commercial yeast) and ferment for 24 hours. Savory Italian vibes makes this loaf perfect for any toasts (personal favorite for avocado toasts)

  • Herbs are mixed into the dough, and sprinkled on top
  • Cutoff time to order for shipping is Sunday 5pm. (Ships out Tuesday)
  • Cutoff time to order for Wednesday Union Square pickup is Sunday 5pm
  • Cutoff time to order for Saturday Brooklyn Fort Green and McCarren Greenmarkets is Wednesday 5pm. 
  • Pickup times at the Greenmarket are 8-1
