Gluten-free sourdough Cinnamon Raisin Bread. We use hand-milled organic brown rice sourdough starter (no commercial yeast), organic Thompson raisins, Ceylon cinnamon, and ferment for 24 hours. It is not sweeter than other loaves, and makes great French Toast! Made with Organic Thompson raisins, and fair trade cinnamon. Dusted with cinnamon.
