Wildcard Gluten-Free Sourdough

Gluten-free sourdough Wildcard Bread. We use hand-milled organic brown rice sourdough starter (no commercial yeast) and ferment for 24 hours. A very special loaf that mixes dried fruits, nuts, coconut, turmeric, and a dash of cinnamon.

  • Hand-blended nuts, coconut, cinnamon are mixed into the dough, coconut dusted on top
  • Cutoff time to order for shipping is Sunday 5pm. (Ships out Tuesday)
  • Cutoff time for pickup Wed Union Square Greenmarket is Sunday 5pm
  • Cutoff time to order for Saturday Fort Greene or McCarren Greenmarket pickup is Wednesday 5pm. 
  • All Greenmarket pickups are 8-1
