Gluten-free sourdough Nutty bread. Our classic loaf studded with a mix of organic nuts. We use hand-milled organic brown rice sourdough starter (no commercial yeast) and ferment for 24 hours. When toasted this bread is crunchy, chewy, and so flavorful! Nuts are hand-blended and into the dough, sprinkled on top.
