Our bestselling GF Sourdough, Vegan PMS Cookie made into a giant cookie (13 cookies in every pan). An homage to Mrs. Fields, this Cookie Cake has blobs of melted vegan marshmallow (from MyDandies), organic dark maple chocolate chips (Raaka Chocolate), and chunks of our homeade Gluten-free Sourdough, vegan Graham Crackers.
Made with hand-milled organic brown rice sourdough starter, organic oats, buckwheat, organic maple and organic coconut sugar (refined sugar-free); the cookie is fermented up to 24 hours, using fair-trade and organic chocolate, and MyDandies Vegan Marshmallows, and our homeade Gluten-free, Vegan Graham Crackers.

We only use chocolate made by Brooklyn based chocolatiers Raaka Chocolate and Fine+Raw. They both offer small batch, transparently sourced, fair-trade, and organic chocolate sweetened with either organic maple or organic coconut sugar.

- Shipping: Orders placed by Sunday 5pm ship the following Tuesday
- USQ: Order by Sunday at 5pm to pick up at Union Square Greenmarket on Wednesday
- BK: Order by Wednesday at 5 pm to pickup at Fort Greene or McCarren market on Saturday
