Gluten-free sourdough plain bread. We ferment ours for 24 hours, using hand-milled organic brown rice sourdough starter (no commercial yeast), a blend of nutrient dense flours, and dust with organic rolled oats. This bread can go sweet or savory and can be sliced and frozen.
