Our signature Gluten-free sourdough, vegan, refined sugar-free, double chocolate chip cookies with vegan marshmallows from MyDandies, and crushed Purple Peruvian Potato Chips from our neighbors at Union Square Greenmarket, Mountain Sweet Berry. The cookies are fermented up to 24 hours.
We only use chocolate made by Brooklyn based chocolatiers Raaka Chocolate and Fine+Raw. They both offer small batch, transparently sourced, and organic chocolate sweetened with either organic maple or organic coconut sugar.

If you are not eating right away, wrap or store in airtight container in the freezer for up to 3 weeks. Place cookies in warm oven (300 degrees) for a few minutes to warm up.
