Nutty Gluten-Free Sourdough

Gluten-free sourdough Nutty. Our classic loaf studded with a mix of organic nuts.We use hand-milled organic brown rice sourdough starter (no commercial yeast) and ferment for 24 hours. When toasted this bread is crunchy, chewy, and so flavorful!

• Nuts are hand-blended and into the dough, sprinkled on top.
• Cutoff time to order for shipping is Sunday 5pm. (Ships out Tuesday)
• Cutoff time to order for Wed Union Square pickup is Sunday 5pm
• Cutoff time to order for Saturday Fort Greene or McCarren Greenmarket pickup is Wednesday 5pm. 
• Pickup at all Greenmarkets is 8-1

Ingredients: Organic brown rice (starter), organic oat flour, organic millet, organic buckwheat, organic teff, organic psyllium husk, Himalayan Pink Sea Salt, Raw Honey (Tremblay Apiaries), almonds, macadamia nuts, hazelnuts, walnuts, pistachio, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds.
