Nutty Gluten-Free Sourdough

Gluten-free sourdough Nutty. Our classic loaf studded with a mix of organic nuts.We use hand-milled organic brown rice sourdough starter (no commercial yeast) and ferment for 24 hours. When toasted this bread is crunchy, chewy, and so flavorful!

  • Nuts are hand-blended and into the dough, sprinkled on top.
  • Cutoff time to order for shipping is Sunday 5pm. (Ships out Tuesday)
  • Cutoff time to order for Wed Union Square pickup is Sunday 5pm
  • Cutoff time to order for Saturday Fort Greene or McCarren Greenmarket pickup is Wednesday 5pm. 
  • Pickup at all Greenmarkets is 8-1
