Two crisp, dark chocolate, slightly salty gluten-free sourdough sandwich cookies with a creamy maple filling. Sweetened only with organic maple, each cookie is rolled and cut by hand. They are made with our hand-milled organic sourdough starter and hand-milled organic oats from Maine Grains.
