Our most delicious GF Sourdough pizza dough is hand shaped into a heart - one plain and one sprinkled with organic thyme and rosemary, and smothered with organic olive oil before baking.
2 pizza hearts per order.
Each pizza heart is par-baked, and can be stored for 2-3 days in the refridgerator or frozen up to 3 weeks.
Directions: Preheat oven to 425. If pizzas were frozen, thaw on counter for 30 min.
Place hearts on parchment paper, foil, or pizza stone and add sauce + toppings as desired. Bake in oven until golden and bubbly, around 8-10 minutes.
