Gluten-free sourdough Wildcard Bread. We use hand-milled organic brown rice sourdough starter (no commercial yeast) and ferment for 24 hours. A very special loaf that mixes dried fruits, nuts, coconut, turmeric, and a dash of cinnamon. Hand-blended nuts, coconut, cinnamon are mixed into the dough, with coconut dusted on top.

Delivery

NYC delivery is available for addresses in Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens.

  • Orders for Tuesday must placed by 10pm on Sunday
  • Orders for Friday delivery must be placed by 10 pm on Wednesday

Deliveries are made from 3pm-9pm on the delivery day selected.
Please include any specific instructions for delivery (code, doorman instructions, etc.) with your order.

Pickup

  • Cutoff time to order for Wednesday Union Square pickup is Sunday 10pm
  • Cutoff time to order for Saturday McCarren, Fort Greene, Union Square market pickup is Wednesday 10pm.

All Greenmarket orders must be picked up from the market during the hours of 8am-1pm.

Shipping

This item is available for nationwide shipping.

Orders placed by Sunday 10pm ship out the following Tuesday.
