Gluten-free sourdough Wildcard Bread. We use hand-milled organic brown rice sourdough starter (no commercial yeast) and ferment for 24 hours. A very special loaf that mixes dried fruits, nuts, coconut, turmeric, and a dash of cinnamon. Hand-blended nuts, coconut, cinnamon are mixed into the dough, with coconut dustedon top.
