Our gooey, fudgy Olive oil, Gluten-free, Vegan, dark chocolate brownies are sourced with regional and small companies that we love supporting. They are dense and very chocolatey and can be eaten cold or at room temp, the texture gets fudgier the warmer they are.
Sweetened only with organic maple syrup from Roxbury Mountain Maple, our neighbors at the Union Square Greenmarket. The chocolate we use is from two Brooklyn based companies that create fair-trade, organic and refined sugar-free chocolate, cacao powder, and maple sweetened chips. (Raaka Chocolate and Fine and Raw)
Baked in a 6" shell, these have around 3 brownies per heart.
Can be frozen in airtight container or wrapped well, and brought to room temperature to serve.
Available for pre-order for Wednesday Feb 7, Saturday Feb 11, or as part of the Manhattan-only delivery Sunday Feb 12. We will have some at our Greenmarkets those dates as well.
